This year hoisted by the “Valle d’Itria Bonsai Club”, associated member of A.I.A.S., to whom goes our warmest thank.

The Hotel Astoria has put at disposal all its wide halls of Convention where the Valle d’Itria Club has staged the exhibition in the best way.

The exhibition of our suiseki has been placed side by side to the 3^rd Bonsai Exhibition Valle d’Itria Trophy to which have participated Clubs associated with UBI.

Judges, three AIAS members : Mr. Ezio Piovanelli and Mrs. Luciana Queirolo, IBS Instructors and Mr. Shozo Tanaka, known expert of Bonsai and Suiseki.

As every participating member, have exhibited their stones, even if out of contest.

On Sunday 12^th October afternoon Mr. Ezio Piovanelli has shown the verdicts and critics of the judges , among other things perfectly concordant among them.

As usually, there has been a large exchange of stones among members : in such a way , the boxes of stones brought for the exchanges have come back home not empty, but full of new treasures.

During the social dinner of Saturday evening the prices giving ceremony and the lottery tickets draw in favour of the Association have taken place.

The objects of the raffle have been granted by the members
